Chuck Final


So here is the final sculpt to be sent off to the printer! On to the next one!

  1. WOW!!! I have really got to learn how to use ZBrush...I am assuming this was done in Z brush, no Maya? Either or...it's amazing...His expression gives him major attitude...great pose as well...As always, great stuff!

    Shane thank you so much! I really dig a lot of your stuff you have on your blog too!

    Darrin, I make a base mesh in 3ds max in a relaxed pose, then import it into zbrush each separate peice as a subtool, then I sculpt using a combination of Clay tubes Brush, Flatten, and Pinch brush, then I pose using the "Transpose master" plugin. Hope that helps. Maybe one day I will make a movie tutorial about it....

  6. Hey Thanks for the explanation!!! really appreciate it. could you post a pic of what your basemesh looks like before you sculpt it on the forums or on here please?? If you did a video I would buy it. seriously.

    I really want to get into sculpting for output like what you've done with this piece. Who's doing the printing?

    May I say as well that I love this piece. Awesome stuff man. Keep it up.
